At the End of the World…

COMPETITION FOR AN ANDALUSIAN & MODERN HOUSE . 2018

This Contemporary house will be build at the far end of Andalusia, against the rock, overhanging the sea and the sunset. The client wanted a relax and  peaceful retreat where Nature & Art could help him to focus on the essential: his family, his life, his dreams. For this competition, I proposed a very Modern approach of the Interiors in contrast with the beautiful wild surroundings. Perspectives as more intimate & hidden spaces were important solutions. This allowed to enhance the volumes of the houses and make the connection with the nature all around.

As I know this area very well, I proposed modern shades and wind screens to enjoy the spaces at any time of the day, year.

Finally, Contemporary furniture and light fixtures as modern art completed the project and brought this difference the client looked for.
